How the weight moves
- Squat: +5 kg (10 lb) per successful session
- Bench press: +2.5 kg (5 lb) per successful session
- Overhead press: +2.5 kg (5 lb) per successful session
- Deadlift: +5 kg (10 lb) per successful session
