By downloading or using GoLightWeight, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
GoLightWeight is a personal workout tracking tool. You may use it for your own training records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
3. Accounts
You can use GoLightWeight as a guest or create an account with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Optional Paid Features
GoLightWeight may offer optional paid features (Pro). Any pricing, billing period, and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase and managed by the App Store or Google Play.
5. Your Data
Your workout data belongs to you. We do not sell your data. Cloud sync is optional and used solely to keep your devices in sync.
6. Health Disclaimer
GoLightWeight is not a medical or fitness-advice service. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the app and train at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
GoLightWeight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
