Delete your account
You can delete your GoLightWeight account and the data we hold for it. There are two ways, depending on whether you still have the app installed.
If you still have the app
Open GoLightWeight and go to Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email us from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will confirm the request, verify that the address matches the account, and delete it within 30 days.

The account itself and the server-side data tied to it — your synced workouts, routines, programs and records. Data that only ever lived on your device is removed by deleting the app from that device.
What we may keep
Our providers may retain limited records they are required to keep for security, fraud-prevention, transaction or legal reasons, for as long as their own retention periods require.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription, because the store bills it, not us. Cancel it where you bought it: in your App Store account on iOS, or in Google Play on Android.
